• I advertise a full page/full color ad in the Real Estate Book, which is distributed from Guthrie through Norman and El Reno through Shawnee, and an ad in the Real Estate Magazine of the Daily Oklahoman.
• I will hand deliver over 1000 advertisements of your house to the neighboring community.
• I'll hold open houses, follow up on all showings, and report all feedback to the seller.
• Every listing is placed on the MLS immediately, in most cases that night.
• I place a brochure box with flyers on each property.
• All of my listings can be found on the back of the flyers for other listings. This helps us to deliver the most exposure possible to each listing.
• I make available to buyers the following services to increase trafffic to my site and thereby increase exposure to your house:
  • My HomeFinder form.
  • A MLS Search where they can find all listings in Oklahoma City.
  • Ads on search engines, such as Google, Earthlink, AOL Netfind, and Simpatico, to attract even more exposure to my site and your property.
• I use lockboxes to facilitate quick and easy showings.
• I use directional signs to lead potential buyers on the road to your property.
• I keep a database of previous contacts so that when I take a new listing, I can quickly see if I have ever spoken with anyone that may be interested in that house.
